Jose Mourinho Going Nowhere And Manchester Are United
A man that knows how to create talking points is Jose Mourinho. Since his arrival at Old Trafford three seasons ago, fans have been divided with mixed feelings and mixed opinions.
I was at Old Trafford twice this season so far and the vibe in Manchester is that the fans are behind Jose. Why? Simply because Jose is a winner. He gets the job done, more often than not. A hell of a lot more than almost any other manager in the world. The fans are backing him and if he was to be sacked, the board would get slated. Not that the board would be too bothered if fans were against them but it looks like the players are finally starting to play for Jose. The board also wouldn’t back him in the summer. Therefore as long as they start to move up that table and do well in Europe, Jose is going nowhere.
A few positives have been Luke Shaw who has been tied down to a 5 year contract. Pogba seems happier. Martial is set to sign a new contract. Rashford will be going nowhere. De Gea will hopefully remain motivated to stay if United continue to play the way they are. The main stars want to stay. And I feel they are behind the manager.
As long as these group of players are behind the manager there is no reason why in the next two years Jose cannot bring home a Premier League title.
